Refund Policy

At MineralsHub, we want you to buy with complete confidence. We offer a 15-day return period from the date of delivery, provided that all return eligibility criteria are met.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In the same condition as received
• Unused and unworn
• In their original packaging with all tags, certificates, and documentation intact
• Accompanied by proof of purchase or invoice

Return Process

To initiate a return, please submit a return request by email to returns@mineralshub.co with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label (where applicable) along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: returns sent without prior written approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, notify us immediately at returns@mineralshub.co. We will review the issue and respond as promptly as possible to resolve the matter. Damaged, missing, or defective items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery — see our Shipping Policy for details.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards
• Custom and bespoke jewelry made to order, once production has begun

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Return Shipping Costs

• If free shipping was provided with the original order, you are responsible for one-way return shipping costs.
• If shipping was not free, you are responsible for both return and reshipping costs, where applicable.
