Where We Ship
MineralsHub ships fully insured and tracked, door to door, to the United States, Canada, and most countries worldwide. All orders are dispatched from our secured warehouse in Virginia, United States. We are continually expanding the destinations we serve; if your country is not available at checkout, contact us at support@mineralshub.co and we will do our best to arrange delivery.
Shipping Fees & Free Shipping
- Free insured shipping on all orders over $150 within the United States and from the United States to Canada.
- For orders below $150, the actual shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout based on destination, weight, and declared value.
- International rates outside the United States and Canada are calculated at checkout via fully insured, signature-required couriers.
Processing & Delivery Times
In-stock items are dispatched from our Virginia warehouse within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery timelines are confirmed once your tracking number is issued:
- United States: 3-7 business days
- Canada: 5-10 business days
- International: 7-14 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance
- Air express: generally 5-10 business days where available
Very high-value or certified stones may require an additional day for secure handling and final verification before dispatch.
Couriers
We ship via reliable, fully insured courier services including FedEx, UPS, TNT, DHL, and USA Air Express. We reserve the right to use an alternative shipping method where necessary to ensure faster, safer, and more efficient delivery.
Tracking
Tracking numbers are shared by email as soon as they are provided by the courier, and we actively monitor shipments to help ensure smooth delivery.
Customs and Import Taxes
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes charged upon delivery in the destination country. MineralsHub is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance at the destination.
Damaged, Missing, or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any damaged, missing, or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Email clear photos of the damaged or missing items to support@mineralshub.co so we can review and resolve the matter promptly.
MineralsHub is not responsible for damage, loss, theft, or delays caused by customs handling or third-party courier negligence.
Packaging
Loose gemstones travel in sealed gem boxes with their certificates, and mineral specimens are custom-packed with cushioned, crush-resistant materials to protect fragile crystal terminations. We use eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible to reduce our environmental footprint while keeping your items safe and secure in transit.
