Shipping

Every order ships fully insured and tracked, door to door, dispatched from our secured Virginia warehouse. Enjoy free insured shipping on orders over $150 within the United States and from the United States to Canada; rates for other orders and destinations are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and declared value. Most US orders arrive within 3-7 business days, Canada within 5-10, and international destinations within 7-14 business days depending on customs clearance.

Returns & Refunds

You may return eligible items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are unused and unworn, in their original packaging with all tags and certificates intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Returns require prior written approval before you send anything back. Please note that sale or discounted items and gift cards are non-returnable.
